City of Staunton reassessment complete — residential properties increased by an average of 10.86%
The Staunton City Assessor’s Office has completed the 2021 reassessment. When all are averaged together, taxable properties in the City increased in valuation by 10.14%.
Parking Fees in City Garages to Resume Tuesday, Feb. 2
