This family friendly event will happen on Saturday, September 28th from 9am-Noon in Gypsy Hill Park. We will provide all the straw you need to build the scarecrow of your imagination. Clothing placed on scarecrows may not contain any text, images, or symbols. Each participant may erect a sign that indicates the individual or entity that built the scarecrow. The sign may only contain text that indicates the scarecrow builder. The City reserves the right to remove any scarecrow that violates these rules. Bring whatever accessories you wish to build and decorate your scarecrow with! But there is more! Your scarecrow will be presented in the park during the Month of October for all to visit. Scarecrow must be able to be attached to a provided post. There is better news…it’s FREE!
