How it works: Arrive a bit early!  Plants will be laid out by 4:15 p.m. so you can preview what is available.  Ticket distribution begins at 4:15 p.m., one per participant.  At 5 p.m. we will draw for plants which will be distributed in lots as winners are drawn.  This spreads the plants to as many participants as possible.  This event is open to all and will occur rain or shine.  Not everything in the city flower beds is available at the giveaway.  We reserve stock plants to propagate from.
