Mayor Dull has called for a special meeting of Staunton City Council.  The meeting will be held on Monday, April 22, 2019, beginning at 12:00 p.m., in the Board Room at the Staunton Public Library, located at 1 Churchville Avenue, Staunton, Virginia, for the purpose of a City Council Retreat.
