Mayor Dull has called for a special meeting of Staunton City Council.  The meeting will be held on Thursday, November 1, 2018, beginning at 12:00 p.m., and Friday, November 2, 2018, beginning at 8:30 a.m., at Montgomery Hall Park, in the Irene Givens Administration Building, for the following purposes: 

1. Consideration, discussion, and action on a resolution to authorize appointment of Steven L. Rosenberg as Acting Clerk of Council for purposes of this meeting.

2. City Council retreat.
