The meeting will be held on Friday, February 9, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. local time at the R. R. Smith Center, 2^nd Floor Lecture Hall, located at 20 South New Street, Staunton, for the purpose of conducting a City Council retreat.
