When has taking a bike ride meant so much? Young and old alike are invited to join us on a ride that will make a difference for students and adults in our community who are seeking to continue their education! Bring your bike over to Staunton’s Gypsy Hill Park for the first annual WHEELS FOR WILSON BIKE-A-THON beginning at 7:30am. Bikers will enjoy a great morning of riding laps around beautiful Gypsy Hill Park and sharing their journey with other bike riders for a great cause. Rita S. Wilson loved Staunton. She served it in many roles with a strong passion for the city and its citizens. Now you can help our community members too with a few simple laps. Proceeds for WHEELS FOR WILSON BIKE-A-THON will support the Rita S. Wilson Scholarship Award. This award has provided students educational scholarships to chase their dreams and create opportunities.
