NOTICE
A special meeting of the Staunton City Council will be held on Wednesday, June 22, 2022, at 3:00 p.m., local time, in the Rita S. Wilson Council Chambers located on the 1st floor of City Hall, 116 West Beverley Street. The purpose of the meeting is for Council:
- to conduct a closed session pursuant to Virginia Code Section 2.2-3711(A)(8) for consultation with legal counsel concerning contractual, litigation, and negotiation matters related to Staunton Circuit Court case CL21-500 and Virginia Code Section 2.2-3711 (A)(7) to consult with legal counsel pertaining to actual litigation in the matter of Staunton Circuit Court case CL21-500.
Since the meeting includes a closed meeting, there will be no opportunity for public comment.
