Although not convening as a Council, certain members of Staunton City Council will be participating in the following dedication programs with the Staunton-Augusta County African American Research Society and the unveiling of six African American Historical Markers.

The following are the dates, times and locations of the dedication programs:

• May 7, 2022 at 1:00 p.m.; 115 Sunnyside Street; unveiling and dedication of the African American Schools DW Davis School marker (immediately following the Edmonds School dedication)
