Mayor Oakes hereby calls a special joint meeting of the Staunton City Council and Planning Commission. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 14, 2021, at 6:30 p.m., local time, in the Rita S. Wilson Council Chambers, City Hall, 116 West Beverley Street. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the following in a work session:  

• the entrance corridor overlay district design guidelines; and 

• the Uniontown Water and Sewer Study. 

 She requested that the Interim Clerk of Council provide notice of this memorandum in accordance with Chapter II, Section 7, of the Staunton City Charter, post and otherwise widely publicize notice of this memorandum. She also requested that the Interim Clerk of Council email a copy of this memorandum to all members of City Council.

Since the meeting includes a work session, there will be no opportunity for public comment.
