Rules:
All contest photos will be shared through the Staunton Parks & Recreation Department Facebook page. People’s Choice will be selected by the photo that acquires the most ‘likes’. Voting ends Monday, November 1st at 4pm. All winners will be announced by 5pm that day. We reserve the right to disqualify contestants. Contestants shall not vote for their own entry with a fake Facebook account. Fraudulent activities will be monitored and will lead to exclusion.

• General age for individual contestants is 12 & under *Group category excluded*
• Must consent to Photo release
• Judges are looking for creativity, originality and effort
• Prizes must be claimed within 48 hours of email and/or phone call notification

How to Enter:
• Take a photo of your child or group* in their costume    *(If group category submission)
• Fill out the Staunton Parks & Recreation Halloween Costume Contest Photo Release & Registration Form or Register Online and submit with photo/s to Staunton Parks and Recreation one of the following  ways:
    -Email: stauntonparksandrecreation@yahoo.com
    -FB message: @StauntonRecreationParks
    -Drop-off at the recreation office, Irene Givens admin building, in Montgomery Hall Park
• Please include the following information with your photo submission: Type of costume (store bought or self-made), what the costume is, parent's name, email, and phone number so that we may contact you if you are a winner
• Please submit all information by Wednesday, October 27th
